A huge well done to our amazing St. Mark’s Slimming World group for an incredible 33st 7lbs lost during January 🤯👏

This is what happens when determination, support, consistency and community come together. Every single pound represents commitment, courage and choosing yourself, again and again ❤️

Any tips on how to work out the 4x eggs I boiled and left on the counter to cool before shelling, when a husband comes along and puts them back in with the rest of the eggs 🙄🤦‍♀️ deep breaths
