Optomise Eye Care is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Optometrist to join our growing domiciliary team, delivering high-quality eye care directly to patients in their homes and care settings.

About the Role
As a domiciliary Optometrist with Optomise, you will provide comprehensive eye examinations and clinical care for patients who are unable to attend a high street practice. You will visit individuals in their homes or care facilities, delivering personalised care in a relaxed environment.
This role offers a refreshing alternative to traditional practice settings, allowing you to spend meaningful time with patients and build stronger relationships while providing tailored clinical care.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive eye examinations in patients’ homes and care settings.
Assess vision and ocular health, providing professional clinical advice.
Prescribe and recommend appropriate spectacles or referrals when required
Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care to elderly and vulnerable patients.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical standards.
Work collaboratively with the wider Optomise team to deliver excellent service

About You;
We are looking for an Optometrist who is:
GOC-registered (or eligible to register)
Passionate about delivering outstanding patient care
Compassionate, patient, and able to communicate clearly with patients and families
Comfortable working independently in community settings
Organised and adaptable in a mobile working environment
A full driving licence holder
