Physiotherapist led mixed ability Pilates classes. Classes at 6pm, 7.10pm and 8.20pm on Weds All ages, male and female welcome! £48 for a 6 week block.

Massive thanks to everyone who has supported Ards Pilates over the years... I am just about to start my 5th year of running classes! Crazy! Can't wait for the day to come soon where I can teach face to face instead of to a screen!! 🙂

If anyone is interested I am considering running a short 4 week beginners ZOOM Pilates class on Wednesday nights from the 22nd July to the 12th August. My current ZOOM Pilates classes are proving to be successful and clients are enjoying exercising from the comfort of their own home! All you need is a little bit of space at home and a mat! Live ZOOM classes continue on! We are making the best out of our situation and are enjoying working hard from the comfort of our own homes! Being creative with the equipment we are using is helping to add a bit of fun and variance to the class!
