We have children's flu vaccines available. Please contact Old Mill Surgery for an appointment if your child has still not received their flu vaccine

The PHA is highlighting the need for kids to get vaccinated against flu, with the agency’s latest surveillance data showing that influenza activity continues to increase, with the highest positivity rate in children aged 5 – 14 years.

📌Don’t underestimate the flu – give your child protection with the vaccine.
📌Children in P1 to Year 12 will be offered the flu vaccine free in school.
📌All pre-school children aged two years and over will be offered the free vaccine in their GP surgery.

Most children receive the vaccine via a quick and painless nasal spray - just two seconds to provide them with the maximum protection against flu this winter. 📍Remember, check school bags for consent forms, sign and return ASAP!

As part of our Movember campaign we are raising awareness about men’s physical and mental health with an aim to provide information and resources to our patient population

We have posters up in our surgery and clinic rooms and want to encourage men of all ages to talk about their mental health with their friends and family and encourage all men to get in touch with us if you’re worried about your mental health and think you need help and support

If you or a family member are a patient in our surgery and have a concern regarding testicular or prostate health or have questions or concerns about symptoms which you think might be concerning then speak to a GP and we will be more than happy to help you
