Just completed a long overdue VHT Review and OPD weekend with a few other practitioners, courtesy of our wonderful VHT Director / Head Trainer Jo Fernandes.
Lovely to do it in person again - the last one was Oct 2019! - and great to see our wee team.
And I've now got a few new techniques up my sleeve to help those aching and stiff muscles 🙂

Well, its been quite a while since I've been able to work on anyone. We are all well aware as to why!
But good news, I can resume my services here in NI from Fri 23rd April. So get in touch when you want to make a booking for a wonderful session of VHT.
I've been keeping all my CPD Training up to date with all the other practitioners via zoom, and learning new stuff too over the last year. Just want to put it all in to practice now. 😃
