When you walk into our gym, you’re not just stepping into a place filled with equipment you’re stepping into a family. A family that supports one another, celebrates every win, and stands beside you through every challenge.

Here’s a little more about the people behind the smiles you’ll see when you join us:

👊 Colin: Our owner and PT. This gym is more than his business, it’s his vision, his passion, and his hard work, literally built from the ground up with his own hands. He’s created not just a space to train, but a place to belong.

💜 Lara: Mum of three and specialist in pre and postnatal fitness. She knows firsthand the challenges of balancing family, health, and self-care, and she pours that understanding into helping other women feel strong, confident, and supported. From small group PT to 1:1 sessions, her goal is always to lift women up.

🌟 Clare: Mental health advocate and female-focused PT. Clare brings empathy, energy, and encouragement to every session. She understands that fitness is about so much more than how we look; it’s about how we feel, mentally and physically. She’s here to remind every woman that strength is something we all deserve to feel.

Together, we’re not just three individuals doing a job. We’re a team, a family, who believe that community and connection are just as important as training hard. Everyone who walks through our doors is welcomed into that family.
