It is going to be a busy year. Packed with plenty of learning opportunities. Highlight this year is a wee trip over to Bath to attend an aromatherapy conference. Will be learning from some of the worlds leading international aromatherapists in their field. Then later in the year I will be upping my reflexology skills by completing the Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage course taught by Sally Kay. She is an internationally renowned clinical reflexologist, leader in her field of practice. Feeling very excited about these upcoming events. And for a bit of fun booked tickets to see one of my favorite bands Simply Red 🤣🤣

Just finished watching NETFLIX's Apple Cider Vinegar. If you haven't seen it I would recommend it. Based (loosely) on real life events. Terrible how people will try and profit from people's vulnerabilities. Also the sad reality of people who decide to refuse conventional medicine and "treat" with alternative therapy. I am a Complementary Therapist not an alternative therapist. Sometimes I have to check with clients GPs and consultants to ensure that the therapies I practice in are suitable for my clients. A Complementary therapists wants to complement safely the treatment that the medical profession gives a patient. This could be through suitable massage, reflexology and helping with stress. My little bottle of goodness. I haven't been very well the last couple of weeks. Due to a viral infection. As we all know virus infections can affect our emotions as well as our physical wellbeing. From September it would be appreciated if customers paid with cash. As I am a small business the charges that retail card machines deduct add up and over time makes a big difference to what I earn. As they say better in my pocket than someone else's, especially not landing in large corporations. 💰♥️
