Before I break for the Christmas 🎄 holidays, I just want you all to know my ♥️ heart is truly full.

Every single day 🙏 I appreciate each and every one of you for returning time and time again to support my small sports massage business. It honestly never goes unnoticed.

I want to thank everyone — old faces, new faces and everyone in between — who has come through my door this year. And I’ll take this opportunity to say a massive thank you for all the beautiful, thoughtful gifts I’ve received 🎁 I’m always blown away by how generous you all are.

My last post of the year is dedicated to the one and only Dovydas Pliauga 🏃🏻‍♂️ Ballydrain Harriers

This guy has had a sensational year and has genuinely ticked every box — mindset, training, nutrition, sleep, consistency and maintenance. He’s trusted the process, put the work in across all areas, and the results speak for themselves. A perfect example that performance isn’t just about training hard — it’s about doing everything well.

Absolutely buzzing for all my clients 💪who participated in Hyrox last weekend – not only did they take on Dublin Hyrox, some of my ladies went and completed two events in the one week 🔥💥 my bestie Shannon Clegg ❤️, my very own coach Cli 💛and the gorgeous Kirsty McConachie Personal Training

Hyrox is no small feat. It takes strength, endurance, mobility, grit, and a serious amount of consistency to prepare the body for that kind of demand. The mix of running, functional fitness and repeated high-intensity efforts is tough on the body, which makes their achievements even more impressive.

It was a full family affair for Alex Watts and his wife—both competing separately but backing each other every step of the way. ❤️

Justin Clegg and his training partner Stevie smashed 💥 a sub-60 yet again… absolutely incredible work! 🔥

The beautiful Nicole Clegg 🫶🏻completed her first ever Hyrox and raised an amazing £1,200 for MacMillan Cancer alongside her friend. What an achievement.🥰

My own coach and friend, Cli, with the stunning Jemma for one 💛took on two events, on top of multiple smaller events around these dates… there really is no stopping her.💪 what a duo !!

My bestie, Shannon Clegg, 🩷💖 leaves me in absolute awe—insanely strong in every way and such an inspiration to women. Worlds here we come 🩷
