What an amazing total so far. Ben said he wanted to get at least £2000 and we’ll still it’s this being at 61% of that total already we are certain he will not only reach his target but blast right through it.

Ben, a self declared couch lover has been training in ways he never believed possible to prepare for this challenge.
Belfast Half Marathon & Bangor 10k- both within a week of one another!

Sadly our wonderful in house Physio has retired and we are looking for the suitable replacement.
If you know a Physiotherapist, who maybe already works in Private practice for example or who has time in their current schedule to add a few hours to help our residents, then please share this post with them. This can be a very rewarding role for the right person.
