💪 As many of you know I go to the gym, but recently I started to take creatine, and as I’ve looked into it more it really is something we all should take – Creatine is not just about gym culture anymore.

Creatine is mostly associated with bodybuilding, however now it has been recognised as a powerful supplement to support the overall health, energy and ageing for women.
This includes supporting cellular energy (ATP) to potentially improve cognitive function, mood and fatigue, and it’s becoming increasingly relevant for clients beyond fitness goals.

Women seem to be getting a different benefit from Creatine such as lower baseline levels combined with hormonal fluctuations, meaning it could play a valuable role during major stages like perimenopause and menopause – by supporting muscle mass, metabolism and overall wellbeing.

There are many brands of Creatine, however it’s important that it is pure creatine monohydrate with nothing added.
