SPF is one of the most important steps in your skincare routine — but it doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive ☀️
(Remember just because an ‘influencer’ says it’s good, doesn’t mean it’s good lol)

I always recommend choosing an SPF 50 that is gentle, hydrating and suitable for your skin type. Especially if you’re having treatments like facials or microneedling, protecting your skin barrier is key 🤍

Some of my recommendations are:
