A quick and transparent update from us. ❤️

Due to rising costs in supplies and utilities, we’ll be making a small price adjustment across some treatments. This hasn’t been an easy decision, but it allows us to continue offering the same high level of care, experience and safety, while still keeping our pricing fair and competitive.

Our updated prices will take effect from 1st February, and the full price list is already available on our website. As always, bespoke pricing for treatment packages is still available following a consultation.

When life rains… it REALLY rains 💦😅

So… Saturday night surprise:
The flat upstairs had a burst pipe and my ceiling decided to turn itself into papier-mâché 🙃

Cue 2 solid days of mopping, cleaning, drying, dehumidifying and teamwork with my amazing hubby Michael 🧽💪
Resilience level: still unbroken ✔️

✨ Good news:
• We are OPEN AS USUAL tomorrow
• My treatment room is completely unaffected
• Reception and Ellen’s room took the hit

❌ Unfortunately we’ve had to cancel Ellen’s clients tomorrow, but we’re hoping her room will be fully sorted by Wednesday — we’ll keep you posted 💛

🙏 Please bear with us if reception looks a little… industrial chic tomorrow — new ceiling tiles are already ordered!
Honestly, it could have been so much worse, and we’re just grateful that patients can still be seen safely.
