Happy Diwali 🪔

Diwali, Divali also called Deepavali is the annual festival of light that celebrates the generosity and abundance of Lakshmi. In this festive time, Tandava Lasya Yoga Studio is delighted to announce that we need to offer extra sessions.
These sessions will still run for individual and very small groups to follow social distancing requirements between mats.
Small group sessions will run provisionally as follow:

Monday 6.30pm
Tuesday 6.30pm
Wednesday 9.15 am, 2.30 and 4.30pm
Thursday 1.30 and 6.30pm

More sessions can still be added if there is demand so let us know 🪔

Sessions last 1h30, cost £10 and need to be booked in advance.
Due to the small size of the groups cancellation needs to be at least 24 hours in advance or payment is due 🙏🏻

What an awesome morning session of yoga today with Gemini New Moon also a solar eclipse and Mercury in Retrograde. What also a perfect synchronicity with our module on the Auspicious Ganapati, remover of obstacles but also who is placing them in front of us so that we can overcome them.
Eclipse reveals what lie hidden in the shadow as the moon ( subconscious) shadows across the sun ( conscious self)
