Good morning!
I just wanted to say thank you to my clients who have had to change their appointments the past week after my treatment couch malfunctioned and wouldn't move more than two feet off the ground! 🙈
Some treatments were manageable but a few weren't which resulted in some cancellations/rearranging of days.
I'm so sorry for any inconvenience! The good news is that a new bed should be delivered later this week so I will pop any updates on here or message you directly if you've got an appointment with me.

It's easy to forget to prioritise yourself when life is busy....even the most holistic of minds can lose their way, trust me 😂
Making time to savour that cuppa, enjoy the dog walk or breathe in that fresh air on your lunch break can separate you from the daily grind and help create balance.
