Yin Yoga is primarily a floor based practice focusing on holding postures in deep stretches, calming music and essential oils in the air make for a truly relaxing experience too.

What is a Hybrid Class?
There is some things that can can get in the way of students attending classes physically, wether thats, running behind from work, staying at home to look after a loved one or a pet, to a broken down car or even you just have one of those days where you’re not feeling yourself but would like to do it from the comfort of your own home, it could even be in your pjamas 😃
So im now offering as well as coming to the class physically ,it will now be online too!
So im filming the class live ,the rest of the class won’t see you just me, and you can see me.
When you book on you will be sent the link to join the meeting room.
Simples ☺️
You can use one of your class passes or pay singular
(There is a small reduction for joining online)
And please tag/share away for others to see , this may help someone you know.

Hi , I’m Claire, this is me ⬆️
A 200hr Yoga alliance professional yoga teacher, I’ve been teaching since july 2020 but have over 10 years yoga experience, and I’ve learned so much along the way, Im also a Usui Reiki master, qualified forest bathing guide ( shinrin yoku) qualified in Yoga Nidra, and Chair yoga.
i teach classes every Tuesday at The brig in Altofts Hatha flow style, and Thursday mornings at Santosha, and Yin Thursday evening at The parish rooms in Normanton.
I also facilitate wellness sessions for the NHS.

Its not just a class, its people coming together, people lifting others on the good, and bad days, and share their Yoga, it doesn’t have to be perfect, you don’t need to be flexible, this is time for you to be with your mind, body and breath and most of all
This is for you!
Join me for an hour and learn to get back to yourself, in a welcoming environment where we all can be exactly who we are
