My new year yoga classes are booking up fast and it’s wonderful to see so many of you eager to start 2026 off getting back to practice or maybe you’re coming for the first time? The First Friday Yoga of 2026 will be part of the New Year Class Series. Gentle Beginnings.
Come along got this Hatha flow to gently re-introduce your yoga practice to your weekly routine, or start something new. This isn’t about New Year New me. It’s simply returning to good intentions. Doing something nice for you.
