I don’t teach Pilates, Yoga and Breathwork the way I do by accident.

It comes from who I am.

Who I am comes from my experiences in life.

I’ve always been sensitive to energy.

I’ve always felt things deeply.

I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own body & mind.

And because of that, I don’t believe in pushing people past their limits just for the sake of it.

I teach gently - I watch how you move.

I teach with awareness - I watch your facial expressions.

I teach in a way that helps you actually feel safe in your body again.

YOU choose how much or how little you do.

You decide how challenging your session is that day.

It’s not dictated by me.

It’s always an invitation… for YOU to decide.

C’mon peeps! If you don’t do it for yourself, nobody else is gonna do it for ya! 🙂‍↔️

You have TWO choices in life.

If you don’t…

🤕The back ache you suffer from every single day will remain.

You COULD do something about it. Small changes that make all the difference. Starting with that ONE hour a week. A little bit of conscious effort.

There’s something powerful about moving your body with intention. In ways that you’d not normally move.

Yoga isn’t just about flexibility or strength Although those come too.
It’s about creating space.
Space in your body, space in your mind & space in your life.

Yoga is the place where breath meets movement & where you get to reconnect with yourself in ways that often gets lost in the rush of everyday life.

Physically, yoga helps to build strength, improve mobility & release tension we didn’t even realize we were holding.

But more than this, it offers something deeper:
✨ A calmer, clearer mind
✨ A chance to slow down & reset
✨ Greater self-awareness & confidence
✨ An hour of stillness in a busy world

If you’ve been feeling stressed, stiff, or simply in need of time for yourself, this is your sign to try something different.

This is Rinatre. Rinatre is 66 years young and has been doing Pilates with me for 6 weeks now.

She’s dealing with a lot.

Still working in her own business and as a coach at Normanton Nutrition too. But Rinatre still fits her Pilates in and she’s seen huge improvements in mobility, strength, ability to carry out day to day movements and flexibility too.

Anyone can do Pilates with me. No matter your issues, lifestyle, conditions, age… it’s YOUR ATTITUDE to attending that matters 🫶🏼

Join me for Herron’s first ever Move | Breathe | Restore Event:

⭕️ T H E C I R C L E ⭕️

With themes of CONNECTION, feeling SEEN & HEARD.

Come & be a part of my first even combined event. Blending movement, breath & a feeling of connection with like-minded women, The Circle will be held in a secret location in Normanton.

A powerful event, intersecting movement, nervous system regulation & relational connection, to support women’s physical, emotional & mental wellbeing.

What to expect ⤵️
Once you’ve a settled into the welcoming space, we will move into a gentle & exploratory Pilates Circle session, where we will reconnect with your physical strength, softness & awareness. All exercises will be taught with regressions & progressions, making it suitable for all levels of ability. I will guide you through movement, intended to create connection with your body, which we often lose when living in a stressed or burned-out state.

This will be followed by a Breathwork facilitating Conscious Connected Breathing, a guided circular breath, helping you to shift your central nervous system from fight, flight or freeze & into a calmer, more regulated, rest & digest state, bridging us powerfully into our sharing circle.

This is a space where you are invited to share, if you wish, & equally, be held if you prefer to simply listen. There is no judgement, no fixing & no pressure.

Just space.

Many women feel deep comfort in realising they are not alone in how they feel.

Are you used to being the caregiver, the listening & holding everything together in life?

This event is intended to allow you to feel ‘held’ yourself.

A deeply healing shared experience where you’re never interrupted, there’s no unsolicited advice & every voice matters.

Catherine’s story…

The most determined person and she smiles through it all.

That determination is needed to rehab, after not one, but two hip replacement surgeries.

This is proof that progress is always possible.

This guy! He didn’t listen to the guys at work who laughed at him.

He practiced his breathing, as I’d shown him.

He practiced the exercises we had done in class.

Within just two weeks, he felt and saw a difference.

He openly admitted he didn’t really know much about Pilates. But he did say to me last night that he wants to make a change and he needed to do SOMETHING!

So that’s what he did. He added Pilates to his existing gym repertoire and the difference surprised him.

Anyone can make the change. Even at 70 and beyond!

Maybe you’ve told yourself…

“I’m too stiff”
“I’ve got injuries”
“I’m not fit enough”
“I’ll feel out of place in a class”

Or maybe you just don’t feel comfortable in your body right now.

I hear this every single week.

And the reality is, most of the people who come to my classes felt exactly the same before they started.

You don’t need to be strong.
You don’t need to be flexible.
You don’t need to “get fit first.”

You just need a place where you feel safe enough to begin.

And that is what I create.

A space where:

🌬️You’re not judged.

🌬️You can go at your own pace.

🌬️You and your body is listened to.

🌬️You realise you’re actually capable of more than you thought < this happens EVERY SINGLE TIME, btw!

I work with people with injuries, conditions, no confidence, no experience…
The people who thought movement just was not for them.

And then something shifts…

They move a little easier 👏🏻
They feel a little stronger💪🏼
They start to trust their body again 🥳

I watch all this happen over the first, second, third session. By the 12th session, they are like completely different people in their own bodies.

You’re not behind.
You’re not “too far gone.”
You’re not “too old”.
