I don’t teach Pilates, Yoga and Breathwork the way I do by accident.
It comes from who I am.
Who I am comes from my experiences in life.
I’ve always been sensitive to energy.
I’ve always felt things deeply.
I know what it’s like to feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck in your own body & mind.
And because of that, I don’t believe in pushing people past their limits just for the sake of it.
I teach gently - I watch how you move.
I teach with awareness - I watch your facial expressions.
I teach in a way that helps you actually feel safe in your body again.
YOU choose how much or how little you do.
You decide how challenging your session is that day.
It’s not dictated by me.
It’s always an invitation… for YOU to decide.
