Hello and welcome to F.F.C HEATH FOODS, the first business of its kind due to open in Normanton. At F.F.C we cook daily heathy meals at your convenience at an affordable price. We cater for anyone and anything, busy at work and want an healthy meal for when you get home, for the elderly who arnt able to make a meal, for the younger generation who are interested in eating healthy, for those who are wanting to shed a few pounds or simply just looking for nice fresh food prepped and cooked for you. All the food i cook is day to day food but cooked in a different way and made to be extra healthy.
