Really enjoying treating the lovely people of North Berwick as we become fully immersed in Autumn. My and room is now decorated with a few little pumpkins dotted about thanks to my daughter’s skills and her love of “spooky season”! ❤️ 🎃 It is also perhaps my favourite time to offer treatments as I love adding the little extras such as the heated bed and the warm oil which makes things feel even cosier and also helps to further relax the muscles and any aches and pains. Massage therapy also has a range of benefits to help us embrace the colder months. It can help to boost the by flushing out waste products and improving circulation which can have a positive impact on your immune response. As ever treatments help to relieve and also ease areas that have perhaps been overworked during the busy summer months. Massage can help boost our by releasing the feel good hormones like serotonin and this in turn can combat some of those seasonal blues.
I also use a natural plant based grapeseed oil which helps to the skin that can become dry as the temperatures drop. So excited to be part of Move Yoga’s Wellness Week this year (7th-12th August). It is jam packed full of amazing workshops and classes so be sure to check them out!
I will be offering 15 min taster massages for just £5 on the Tuesday morning.
I am also delighted to be running a wonderfully restorative MeMassage workshop, focusing on releasing tension in the and , on the Friday lunchtime which again is only £5 and free to Move members.
