Hey everyone! 🐾❤️
Radio silence yet again 😬
I am experiencing a high volume of new enquiries at the moment which I am super grateful for but struggling to respond to all. I apologise if one of these is you.
Unfortunately I am not in the position to take on new clients at the moment and my diary is booking into August/September.
If you are an existing client that has not yet booked your appointment then please expect a wait of around 6-8 weeks or so to pre-book but I will always try to get you in as soon as possible as i do get cancellations and appointment changes.
Please bear in mind that I work solo and not able to answer calls often while working hands on dogs. A message is much better.
Could I also remind people that if you miss your appointment without cancelling then I do require payment in full before you can rebook.
I also require payment on the same day as your furry besties groom. With my memory of a goldfish I will prob forget to chase you up, which I also don’t have time for.

💖Just a little heads up to all clients that for the next 4 weeks or so I am having to run a slightly reduced service and will be having to move some already booked slots as I have a number of personal appointments I need to attend. I will contact you all directly to rearrange but 3rd, 5th and 7th Feb all need rearranged. I realise this may be inconvenient for some but keeping up with your brushing and combing at home should mean this isn’t a problem and there is nothing I can do to change the situation. It’s rather stressful.
Please keep in mind that if you get in touch for an appointment, you are not booked in until you receive confirmation from the diary and I cannot hold appointments if offered and you dont get back to me. Also, please ignore the number that is being sent with reminders. It’s been out of use for ages and me being so good with tech, I can’t work out yet how to change it. If you need to cancel please get me on here, by email or my usual number and I will always confirm your cancellation.

An update on getting back to work.
My son is home from hospital and resting well❤️
I will be back to work from Tuesday next week with limited slots available. We have a couple months recovery ahead where we have other hospital appointments to attend so I may have to jiggle about some already booked dates. I hope everyone understands.
Any last minute appointments will be posted to stories and be first come first served but only for existing clients and I will try contact everyone who has missed this last week or so, directly.

A heads up to all clients booked next week!

I will be contacting everyone that’s booked for next week directly but I am having to take the week off.
As some of you may know, my boy hasn’t been well and was admitted to hospital during the week.
Until I can get him home and make sure he is ok, I will be rescheduling all appointments. He is my priority.
I will try my best to get everyone back in when I am back but until I know what’s happening I cannot commit to this week coming.
I’m sorry to anyone who feels let down and to anyone recently I’ve not got back to. My phone has been going crazy.

Please remember I like to be paid on the same day as your groom as I don’t have time to chase people for money and like I say, I will forget.
