Do you know, I don’t think I’ve ever introduced myself on here! I’m a go-with-the-flow, do what’s in front of me sort of person… and so completely overlooked an intro! 😂
I’m Liz, a Reiki Master Practitioner (Usui Reiki Ryoho) and Community Herbalist with a deep passion for helping families feel more balanced, at ease and connected.
I’m also a beekeeper, sea swimmer & animal lover 🐢🐝🐓🐕 I’m not a great gardener, but I’m amazing at growing and ‘editing’ weeds! Which suits my purpose perfectly…
My journey in Reiki and Herbalism began as a way to support myself and my children —it’s a bit of a long story (and if you know me, you know I love to talk!)—but what I can say is that these practices have been truly life-changing and deeply affirming for me and my family.
I identify with ADHD (or VAST as I prefer - Variable Attention Stimulus Trait) symptoms and the practices of and have been a lifeline 🛟 through some difficult times through CNS support, emotional regulation, and balancing mental wellbeing. If they didn’t cut it, I’d have been distracted by the ‘next thing’ long ago. These practices have stuck for just short of a decade: testimony in itself! ✨
I work with people of all ages, but I especially love working with children. Whether in a reiki session, herbal workshops, or kids flora & fauna ‘herb club’ I’m all about holistic approaches to supporting the body’s natural self-healing abilities.
If you or your child are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, burnt out, or just a bit out of whack, I’d love to connect and see how these practices might help you feel more grounded and supported.
Relaxation and nature connection is the first step towards any healing, and I’m here for that!
I’m here at The Honeybee Sanctuary in central most days, and available for appointments at in on Wednesday 14th May, Wednesday 4th June and Wednesday 2nd July 🌿🌀✨
With love
Liz 🌿💚
