✨ I finally made it! ✨
After 6 months of hard work, I’ve completed my Yoga for Athletes Teacher Training.

It feels like such a personal achievement. Last year I returned to competitive swimming. This training has been hugely beneficial —supporting my training, maintenance and recovery.

Do you stretch?

This is Reclined Butterfly, one of my go to poses for opening the chest and shoulders.

I added an additional bolster behind the knees to take the pressure off my lower back and hips.

A great stretch for swimmers also as the height of the bolster adds weight to the arms and increases the stretch across the tops of the shoulders and chest. It also helps with your recovery too.

and I are so excited to be collaborating again to offer this special event, an opportunity to nurture yourself with a window of time to re-centre, replenish and recharge.

We would love you to join us. Booking is via online shop to join us for Yin and Flow practices, and feel inspired and supported by seasonal herbal remedies.

We’ll create a cosy and peaceful setting for you in the Snug and Studio spaces at Whitekirk Hill. Weaving together practices, techniques, remedies and reflections we will show you some ways you can slow down and support the mind and body at this Yin time of year.
