Thank you ladies for making this Spring Equinox so special. Both myself and Liz absolutely love working together.
We opened up our workshop with the most delicious flowering currant cordial. Liz spoke about the herbs that can support us through this season and what’s available locally.
We made our own Nettle Tonic Vinegar and a herbal tea blend to take home. These are great for detoxifying the body and in particular the Liver - the Yin Meridian in Traditional Chinese Medicine.
During our Yin Yoga practice, we targeted both the Liver and Gallbladder meridians. The intention was to balance the nervous system, create space and softness. Preparing us for the shedding of Winter and welcoming Spring - the time for renewal and growth 🌿🧘♀️
