Hello everyone! Thought I better kick off the new year with good intentions and start sharing some posts. Except I clearly need more tutorials on how to Instagram from the 9 year old... like how do you start a new paragraph in a post 🤷♀️I’m a paediatric physiotherapist from Edinburgh with a 9 year old and a 9 month old (how did that happen?!) I love showing parents how they can encourage independent movement in their babies and usually end up resorting to sending videos (9 month old ends up having to be the model and 9yr old the camera crew) so why not share the videos and help promote a healthy relationship with movement from as young as possible? *must post more content before mat leave ends!*
