Flavoured mine with some caramel essence and topped with the delicious golden syrup from the The Skinny Food Co . I blinking love their sauces and have a bit of a collection 🫣🫣 as they're amazing when you're trying to food optimise and still pack in loads of flavour

I know I'm looking forward to unpacking my autumn/winter suitcase as I love snuggling up in a cosy jumper 👚 and then taking a walk with my dog 🐕‍🦺 and coming home to a lovely mug of hot chocolate ☕🍫 as yes you can have them whilst following the Slimming World Food Optimising plan and most definitely enjoying a delicious home cooked meal 🥰🥰🥰
