Mental health isn’t always about breaking down, sometimes it’s just holding too much, for too long.
If you're feeling this way, please know you're not alone. It’s okay to slow down. It’s okay to ask for help. Taking care of your mind is just as important as taking care of your body. Be gentle with yourself. You’re doing your best and that’s enough.
