NG Tube VS Gastrostomy Tube/Button Feeding 💜

What's the difference between NG tube feeding and Gastrostomy tube feeding?
NG tubes are inserted through the nose and extend down the oesophagus into the stomach, whereas Gastrostomy tubes (also known as Buttons or PEGs) are placed directly into the stomach through the abdominal wall.
