Well that was a hot one Woodhall Spa 10K. Decided to cycle 8miles there, run the 10K and cycle 8miles back as training for my triathlon later in the year. 🚴🏃‍♂️🚴🥵

Well done to and , all my clients who ran today, many of whom I had the pleasure of seeing and saying hello to and everyone who ran today. 🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏅and thank you to for putting on a great event. 👊🏻
