🔥 An incredible “Happy Hormone Experience”

Here’s what went down this morning…

6 friends got together and…..

💨 We kicked things off with a deep dive into the science behind Wim Hof breathwork, cold dips, and sauna therapy — and why they’re absolute game-changers for body and mind.

🧘‍♂️ Then I guided the group through several energizing rounds of breathwork, setting the vibe for what was to come.

❄️ Next up: a 5-degree cold dip! 🥶 Everyone embraced the chill like pros.

🔥 We finished with a rotation of sauna sessions and cold plunges — the perfect combo for rejuvenation and that unbeatable natural high.

Everyone left buzzing with energy, refreshed, healthier, and full of ideas to keep those happy hormones flowing.

The best part? The guys loved it so much they’re booking their partners in — and already planning their January comeback! 🙌
