Next block dates are out! 13th Feb - 29th of March. A 6 week course. Suitable for beginners and those wishing to return to yoga after a break or injury. A 90 minute class to give time for breathwork and relaxation. Focus is on alignment using yoga props. Small class size so you get lots of attention from me. Fees for 6 weeks £72.
