What Does Silent Sessions Mean ?

To create a more peaceful and comfortable experience for everyone, I’ve introduced silent sessions to some of my meditations. During these sessions, once you step into the meditation room, I invite you to let go of conversation & ease into session until you leave the space.
I have decided to do this because it’s important to me that my sessions feel calm, safe, and inclusive for all. By softening the noise and embracing silence together, we allow the energy of the room to settle—making it easier for each person to relax, reflect, and simply be.

Chasing The Sunrise 🌅
When standing before a sunrise, it’s like standing in the space between night and day, that quiet moment where the world seems to pause and breathe. There’s a deep sense of peace in the stillness, something that’s hard to find anywhere else.

Watching the first light peek through the horizon reminds me that every day is a new beginning, a clean slate, a chance to start again. And I’ve noticed something powerful (and slightly addictive) when I start my day with the sunrise, I feel different, my mind is clearer, my energy is higher, and I’m definitely much more focused and productive, It’s as if my body’s circadian rhythm realigns with the rising sun.

If you’ve not done it in a while and it’s safe for you to do so, make time to watch a sunrise and take in those magical morning beams ✨

Full Moon in Aries 🌕♈️

The Aries Full Moon doesn’t tiptoe in—it bursts through like a flame in the dark, fierce and alive. This isn’t a soft whisper from the universe, it’s a cry from your own soul, urging you to rise, to act, and to remember your fire.

Aries, the first sign of the zodiac, carries the pulse of new beginnings—the courage to start, the passion to move, the will to become. Under this moon, the universe is holding up a mirror to your true path. What are you here to ignite?
