It has been a wonderful journey, one for myself, joining these wonderful talented and inspirational women, every week for the 'women we are' drama group, by Alison Stanley and Tracey Gorman
Also for The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites , where the sessions took place and the hub was absolutely brought to life, every Tuesday, with laughter, singing, tears, talent and friendship!

The group finished with the most memorable performance at the Phoenix theatre in Blyth. Look out for pictures and posts from that amazing experience!

Thanks again to Alison and Tracey for making this happen.

Wednesday was one of those days, where everyone, made themselves present at The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites . Despite any difficulties they were facing, including myself!, and it was just so worth it.
Many thanks to Kathleen Tinkler , (qualified person centred counselor) , Linda Dodds (ink and inspiration, creative writing facilitator) Help 4 You CIO "The Stress & Anxiety Support Charity" and all the lovely visitors including 🐾 who all came together and made it such a good day! ❤️

Please note The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites will be closed this Friday 15th MAY and Monday 18th MAY.

HOWEVER

SHIELDS SOLE MATES-MENS WALK, TALK AND WOOF-Put down your Shield and talk. , Men's walk, talk and woof is still happening!:)
Meet at the hub by 12.30pm :) 🐾

As parents, it can be overwhelming. Especially if you already live with anxiety.
You often put yourself out of your comfort zone, and attend parent and toddler groups, which help with the social development of your children. It is also healthy for yourself to meet other parents, and prevent social isolation.

But sometimes, you just want to get out of the house, find a quiet space for your children to play, and have some private, quality family time. That's ok!

This is one of the reasons we have sensory play resources, and can set up a sensory play area, in the 'relaxation' area of The Li'l Community Hub + Soundbites 1a Bedford Terrace, North Shields, NE290AW
Also suitable for elected home educated children/families.

☆All children must be supervised by accompanying adult.
