Thrive Club is our free community wellbeing group aimed at helping people stay active and feel connected.
As Paige explains, many people can feel isolated at home, so these sessions give people the chance to get out, socialise, take part in some light exercise and enjoy time together.

From chatting over coffee and cake to keeping active, it’s all about creating a welcoming space where people can feel part of their community.
