Out Of Office 💼

Due to travelling and working away with the this week for a European fixture, I am out of office until Friday 23rd Jan.

I will try to keep up to date with messages when I can if my fingers haven't frozen 🥶

After another busy week at SMART, I am currently on the road to Cheshire with the Newcastle Eagles to end the week strong 🦅

This is the last week to book in before I travel to Riga, Latvia for a European fixture so I am expecting this upcoming week to be crazy busy so will be making more availability 🙌

✅️ Monday 12th: 1pm, 4pm❌️

✅️ Tuesday 13th: 12.30pm❌️, 2.30pm, 4pm, 6.30pm ❌️

✅️ Wednesday 14th: 4.15pm, 5.30pm, 6.45pm

✅️Thursday 15th: 4.15pm❌️, 5.30pm, 6.45pm

✅️ Friday 16th: 10am, 11.15am, 12.30pm

All of these appointments are priced at £40 for 60 mins. Time can be added for an additional cost.

Firstly, I hope you all had a lovely Christmas!

If you need some time to unwind after a few days of building toys, wrapping presents, today's hangover or just simply to get away from the family for an hour, then this is your last chance this year!

Our Story

Hi all! Welcome to Sports Massage And Rehabilitation Therapies (SMART). We are based in Ouseburn, Newcastle Upon Tyne in an office on Stepney Road. At SMART, all of our therapists are qualified Sports Therapists and Sports Massage Therapists from Newcastle. We have experience in both a clinical setting and with Professional/ Semi-Professional Sports Teams. We have also worked alongside teams such as Newcastle Falcons, Newcastle Thunder Rugby Team and Blyth Spartans AFC where we give/gave the first team players treatment during training, pre/post match and providing pitch side cover. We have also worked alongside University students who are trying to make it into their Countries Olympic teams in their respective sport.

However, as much experience as we have with Athletes, we also have vast experience with helping people of all ages, whether they play sports or not with a wide range of injuries and problems.

If you are training for a specific health goal and need help with advice or treatment, do not hesitate to ask us. We want all of our patients to come out feeling better than when they came in.
