If you are running the North Tyneside 10k today, I wish you the very best of luck 🍀

It is a great race and always a great atmosphere. I am gutted I am not doing it as it is one of my fave 10k's to do but no doubt you will see my face on a sign in the front of the reception at The Parks Sports Centre (which I don't know if that is a good thing or not 😂).

At work, I'm constantly inspired by the incredible women around me, both personally and professionally.
Fortunately, my home life is just as blessed, with an amazing girlfriend, mam, sisters, nieces, friends, and family who've been my rock through thick and thin.
I'm so thankful for the strong, inspiring women in my life.

This week has been an absolute rollercoaster of a ride. I have had a packed out week working 6 days with 3 teams covered plus lots of work at SMART 💪

My day off today I went down to see the amazing work the and are doing setting up community running events to help people get fitter and help mentally and serving some delicious healthy food too.
