With the 2024/25 season of hockey coming to a close, we are excited to release our Seakings Launch evenings for summer intake 🏒😃.

These sessions are for all players who would be interested in playing for the Seakings, not only in next seasons various leagues we enter, but also our Summer Roller offerings...which we have some great exciting Hockey scheduled for our Roller rink in Newcastle and also competition further afield (details to be released soon!)

Our first Launch event session for recruits is our youngest age U10's.
This will take place Monday 19th May, 🔹️6.00-7.00pm.

Thursday 22nd May is for our Older age groups.
🔹️6.00-7.00pm for U12 age players
🔹️7.00 - 8.00pm for U14 age players
🔹️8.00-9.00pm for U17 age players

Seniors to be announced soon.

For any current Seakings Members, training costs are covered by monthly subs, for anyone new to Seakings and Northern Edge Sports, this session is £6 per player. A developer is bringing forward proposals for the listed building on the Queen Alexandra College site, and they’re holding a public consultation for residents to have their say.

This is your chance to see what’s being proposed and share your views before a planning application is submitted. If you live nearby, you should receive a letter about it – but everyone is welcome to attend.

We closed our doors to Ilfracombe Gardens last night for the last time! We've got some AMAZING memories from our little cafe on the corner; from charity BBQs to Supper Clubs to baby shower and wedding receptions! It really has been a dream come true & more.
