🌟 I tried Pole Fitness for a laugh!

But what I did want to share with you.....Not only did I push my physical limits, but I also discovered a new activity that is available to all up here in the North East, UK.

This got me thinking about the importance of stepping out of your comfort zones and trying new things. Whether it's a new sport, a hobby, or any activity available around us, you never know what might click and bring you joy!
