It’s Warrior Wednesday! Meet Hannah!
Hannah loves being out and about—visiting parks and gardens, feeling the wind in her hair, and enjoying train rides to the seaside.
Her days are filled with things she loves—her day program, fun classes, and riding her horse, Delilah. She’s been riding since she was little, and her family is so proud of all the progress she’s made in her posture and core strength.
Hannah recently moved into supported living, where she has her own flat with a wonderful group of carers. She loves hydrotherapy, as well as the cinema, theatre, and musical events… especially anything with lights and exciting music!
Her family is incredibly proud of her resilience and the way she has bounced back after critical care and hospitalizations. She has the most beautiful smile and, we hear, quite a mischievous sense of humor.
Keep shining bright, Hannah! We are all so proud of you! 💙💜💚
