Recently, our client Barbara mentioned she’d been cutting her own hair as she could no longer make it to the hairdressers. Hearing this, Justine, one of our care workers (and a qualified hairdresser!), decided to go above and beyond by giving Barbara a lovely haircut at home.

Barbara was absolutely over the moon, and we think she looks amazing with her new ‘do!
