CJB Health and Safety are running a 12 Hour COVID safe Paediatric first aid course on 05 and 06 Dec and we have 1 space available.

What is your favourite analogy of a leader? One of mine is that a leader is the driver of a car.

The engine is the workforce, the engine keeps the vehicle moving.

The engine management system are the managers. They warn the driver that there is something wrong.

The driver knows when to push the engine, knows when to slow it down. Has vision out of the windows and chooses the direction of the vehicle.

If the driver looks after the engine, the engine will continue to perform.
