I’m Sharon...
Wife to one 💕
Mum to two 💙💙 ( + 2 )
Nana to a few 😆
I love adventures, laughter, family time, travelling, making memories… and helping people discover they’re capable of so much more than they think 🌍✨
Slimming World came into my life over 16 years ago and honestly… it changed the direction of mine completely.
It saved me from a life that was 6 stone heavier, less confident and far more limited than the life I live today.

Was it magic?
No.
Was it always perfect?
Definitely not 😆
Because I’m not perfect.
Im human, real, and totally understand.

I've learnt I can have holidays, meals out, celebrations, wobbles and real life moments…and still be in control of my choices...
I'm PASSIONATE. Passionate about helping people feel healthier, happier and more confident without guilt, shame or giving up the foods they love ❤️
What started as one little Slimming World group has slowly grown, brick by brick, into 9 wonderful sessions filled with support, friendship, encouragement and life-changing moments 🏰✨
And the reason I still love what I do after all these years?
💜 Watching someone walk in nervous and leave smiling
💜 Seeing confidence return little by little
💜 Helping members realise they’re worth looking after
💜 Celebrating every pound, every achievement and every “I never thought I could do this” moment
💜 Knowing nobody has to do it alone
For me, it’s never just been about weight loss.
It’s about changing lives, building belief and creating a place where everybody feels welcome exactly as they are.
And I still love every minute of it 💜
