I'm on week 24 of consistent weight losses....YES EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS ALL-INCLUSIVE HOLIDAY
I lost a pound........

Because I AM making my way back to target 🎯
Yes, even consultants have to re-find their way sometimes.
And believe me its hard, but when you find your way its a wonderful feeling...... since the changes to Image Therapy, and the honest talking, trouble shooting, firm affirmation in believing you can lose weight around anything, something 'clicked '....... Asking my members to belief they can lose weight around anything, and everything every single week, with a plan made in group to achieve it, it reminded me of my original 6.5 stone weight loss journey in 2010 where I lost weight around EVERYTHING..........

So far, I've lost weight around
everything, and it's now 'normal' to make choices the healthy me chooses.....
