Now, I’ll let you in on a little secret… even I, the Easter Bunny, have had to re-think my treats over the years.
Delivering all that chocolate used to leave me feeling a little… egg-hausted and not quite my bouncy best!
So this year, I come bearing not just eggs, but a gentle reminder: I do NOT want to be a danger to your amazing weight loss journeys. In fact, I’m fully on board as your fluffy little cheerleader (ears and all).
Before the Easter weekend hops in, it’s time to make a cracking plan 🥚✨

No need to hop away from it completely… just decide in advance what’s worth it. Your favourites? Absolutely. Random nibbling from every open egg? Maybe not so egg-citing after all!

Oh, those spicy little parcels of joy! But remember… they can quietly cross over from treat to tumble if we’re not mindful. Plan them, savour them, enjoy every bite… no guilt, just balance.

This is your golden egg moment. Ask yourself:
What will I enjoy?
What will I swap?
What will I say “no, thank you” to?
Because every choice you make is a step closer to your goal… and trust me, that feels far sweeter than any chocolate surprise.
