So today i decided enough is enough and went for a run something i havnt done for a long time to try and ease the pain i deal with inside everyday day1 of trying everything to better myself time to defeat the devil inside.

So abit about the page and me i have been living in tidworth about 2 years now i am ex army and got diagnosed with ptsd since moving to tidworth it has come to light that there are next to no support groups for men whether it is to just talk and get things of your chest or to organise days out etc please share the page to get more people the support that is needed.
