I’m a home based massage therapist, with a background in sports. I specialise in deep tissue treat

After 10 years as a fitness instructor and personal trainer I decided to train as a massge therapist, predominantly in Swedish massage and then as a sports therapist. My experience as a trainer has been invaluable in understanding injuries and how to treat them. I've since done several qualifications ranging from reflexology and aromatherapy to manicures, pedicures and eyelash extensions. I also offer hot stone massage which has proved extremely popular and has some amazing benefits. Whether looking for muscular tension release, pain relief or just to indulge in some well deserved pampering there is a treatment suited to you.
