Many people get extremely DEFENSIVE when I say that I believe the modern "medical system" is CORRUPT and TOXIC ☢️

Its not the fault of the doctors; They're simply taught what the pharmaceutical industry want them to think ...

"Modern medicine" is about focusing on suppressing or "coping" with SYMPTOMS... NOT on prevention or CURE

Cures won't make money
Dealing purely with SYMPTOMS keeps you a CUSTOMER for life ... 🤷‍♀️

Most of my childhood was spent OUTSIDE!
I couldn't bear the thought of being inside most of the time!

Kids nowadays seem allergic to "outside"
Its a shame they are disconnected from the living, breathing entity that is Mother Earth 🌎

Children in rural areas engage in daily contact with animals, soil and diverse microbes that “train” their immune systems. Exposure to farm-related bacteria and “friendly” dirt helps the immune system learn to distinguish between harmful pathogens and benign substances like pollen.

This early “education” prevents the immune system from becoming hyper-responsive, significantly lowering the risk of allergies, asthma, and chronic inflammatory conditions. Rural environments promote better regulation of systemic immune activation, which is a key factor in both physical and mental resilience.

A landmark 18-year study found that children raised with the highest levels of “green space” had a 55% lower risk of developing psychiatric disorders compared to those with the least. Contact with nature and animals has been shown to lower cortisol levels and dampen the body’s physiological response to social stress.

Natural environments provide a restorative setting that helps the brain recover from the cognitive fatigue and overstimulation common in urban life. Access to outdoor play and responsibility for animals fosters self-efficacy, social skills and emotional regulation.

In contrast, urban environments are often characterized by higher levels of pollution, noise and overcrowding, which can overwhelm a developing nervous system. The lack of microbial exposure in “clean” city living can lead to a dysregulated immune system that is more prone to inflammation - a known risk factor for depression and anxiety.

City dwellers often face a higher “dose” of social stressors, which, without the buffering effect of green spaces, increases vulnerability to conditions like ADHD, substance abuse and mood disorders.

I remember speaking to a friend once & saying
💬 "How can people not realise that they're stressed....?!" 🤷‍♀️

Then it occurred to me that, for many people, it's become their "normal" state .... so much so that they don't even realise that they're operating from Survival Mode ...

Its become "normal" to wake up feeling tired

Its become normal to feel permanently exhausted.

Its become normal to "need a glass of wine to relax"

Its become normal to use food to numb emotions

And when you've been living in SURVIVAL mode for so long, there's no energy left for anything else.

No energy for being joyful
No energy to learn new skills
No energy to be playful
No energy to care about the world around us
No energy for self care

The first thing we need to do is choose SELF COMPASSION.

To become mindful of our current habits & behaviours
To set healthy boundaries & cut away all that doesn't serve us

I know personally that I feel so much better (emotionally, Energetically, physically ) when I stop mindlessly scrolling ... Stop looking at the things that worry me, overwhelm me, p**s me off...!

I also know I feel better on every level when I eat real, nutritious food (instead of sugary crap food)

The thing is that negative emotions become tralled in the body
Then those little aches & pains often get blamed on "ageing" ... when actually it could be stress causing a rise in inflammation in your body.

Those headaches ...
Digestive Issues...
Problems sleeping ...
.. Could be caused or exacerbated by ongoing stress & anxiety.

It's A Crazy, Crazy, Crazy Life.... !!! 🤡🌏

(And sometimes the truth sucks!!)

We live in a society whereby we've been 🧠 🧼 to see "healthy food" and exercise as a form "punishment" or self denial

(Instead of a route to ultimate optimum health & true FREEDOM)

Where we're encouraged to consume neurotoxins as a means of 'relaxation' 🍷 and 'celebration' ...

(And you're considered strange or "boring" if you don't...)

Where the pharmaceutical industry owns the processed food companies that make you sick . . .

(So they can profit even more by then supplying the "cure")

Where the "cure" is actually often worse than the DISEASE its meant to be treating ...

(And whereby you need MORE chemicals to suppress the symptoms caused by the poisons being called 'medicine' 💊 ... )

Where you've been CONNED into believing the FAMILIAR = FREEDOM

(And you can't see the chains you're attached to! From believing you "own" a house when actually a "mortgage" [Mort = DEATH] is simply another form of imprisonment. Because if you truly OWN some-thing it can never be taken from you ... Yet miss a few RE-PAY-MENTS & "your" house is no longer yours....)

Where MONEY 💰 is an ILLUSION designed to keep the majority ENSLAVED ...

Where "Thats just how it is" is a lazy, unintelligent way of admitting that you can't comprehend another way of being ...

Where we HERO WORSHIP people kicking a football ⚽️ around or those singing songs of violence & misogyny . .

Where the masses have been so dumbed down they've forgotten that 40 years ago diseases such as Diabetes, Heart Disease, Cancer & Dementia were considered EXTREMELY RARE, yet are now accepted as "normal" ...

Where Plant Medicine - which causes no damage - is considered dangerous whilst toxic ☢️ medications with a long list of side effects are promoted as beneficial . . .

Where if you argue that men are men and women are women you're instantly labelled as "not inclusive" ...
And if you disagree with overtly sexualised drag queens reading to children & the pushing of sexual fetishes in schools to be wrong, you're classed as "phobic"

Where schools take in free thinking creative geniuses ... and churn out weak minded, easily manipulated stepford wives type clones (and even the teachers are now leaving in their droves....)

Where the PTB think that "blocking the sun" is the solution to "saving the planet" (whilst pushing a fake climate change narrative & simultaneously building their own underground bunkers)

Where most think things like "energy medicine" is WooWoo Nonsense... whilst not questioning the FREQUENCIES of radio waves etc that cause all their 'smart' gadgets to work....

Where people will think you're crazy for wearing crystals (a naturally occurring phenomenon) yet will have something INJECTED into their bodies without actually having a clue as to EXACTLY wnat it is they're putting into their bodies (And - even worse - into their BABIES bodies)

Where a screen is seen as a viable babysitter & nature is seen as "dangerous" ....

If I am really crazy ...

... then I'm happy being this "crazy"

If I am really a Tin Foil Hatter ...

.... then bring me more foil

And I'd rather be the BLACK SHEEP 🐑 going in the opposite direction ...

... than the lemming jumping off the cliff with the majority ...!

Letting go of everything you thought you knew is hard work...

But once your eyes 👀 are open
.. there's absolutely no going back !

I love squats!
And this is one of the reasons why!
I had a student (one of my older students, 70+ years old) tell me how in the supermarket the other day she impressed a fellow [senior] shopper when she squatted down to get something from the bottom shelf!

No grunting or back pain! No knee clicking !
And THIS is how what we do ON the mat helps us OFF the mat!!

Just one minute a day of deep squats counteracts sitting by immediately reversing “sitting disease” through improved blood circulation, activated metabolism, and engaged muscles.

This brief, high-intensity-action reduces cardiovascular risks, strengthens the core and lower body, and increases flexibility in the hips and ankles, effectively reversing the stiffening effect of long-term sedentary behavior.

To elaborate, squats act as a “metabolic switch”, helping to regulate blood sugar levels, improve insulin sensitivity, and boost metabolisms that stalls during long periods of sitting.

Unlike sitting, which causes muscle inactivity, a deep squat engages major muscle groups, including the quads, hamstrings, and glutes, preserving leg strength.

Squatting increases your blood flow to the legs and brain, counteracting the reduced blood flow causes by sitting.

Deep squats also help decompress the spine, stretch tight muscles and improve hip mobility, reducing chronic back pain and knee pain.

If you want to step it up, research shows that doing one minute of squats every hour can actually help preserve cognitive function, including executive function and focus, which are diminished by prolonged sitting.

For Ages It Frustrated The F*ck Out Of Me 🤷‍♀️

👉 Why was i procrastinating ... even putting off things i ENJOY doing!?!

It didn't make sense .

Then finally I realised...
After seeing a post by a therapist, talking about something called "Functional Freeze" > Whereby you're still able to show up every day, get through work, get most of your "must do's" done ... But its so draining that there's nothing left when it comes to doing anything else, even the things that bring you joy 😭

I'd been in SURVIVAL MODE for so long that my Nervous System is on a trigger switch (meaning there's a very fine line between me being "ok" and being completely overwhelmed)

Being anxious is EXHAUSTING!

No matter how annoyed I would get at myself, nothing seemed to change!

Until I finally realised that "getting angry" or in any way berating myself simply added to my exhaustion & overwhelm, instead of motivating or inspiring me to get moving!

I would do all the things i "had" to do.

But even when it came to fun things, I dragged my heels...

It turns out that when you're high functioning on survival mode, by the time you've done all the "have to's" there's no energy left for anything else.

The only thing left to try was being COMPASSIONATE towards myself...

To get my POWER back
To get my LIFE back

I had to treat myself with the utmost kindness & compassion.

☢️ Why Women Are Losing Lung 🫁 Function Simply From Cleaning House 🏠

And Why CANCER Continues To Rise (Whilst Hormone Levels Continue To ☢️

👉 Years ago I was a part time cleaner & many cleaning products triggered an asthma attack ... so this doesn't surprise me...

Have you ever read the label 🏷 on the products you use?

Whether its
▪︎Kitchen Cleaner
▪︎Hairspray
▪︎Moisturiser
▪︎Perfume
▪︎Shampoo

If you can't SAY it, then chances are its a) Not NATURAL and b) Not good for you!!

☢️ Many products contain chemicals that affects your Endocrine System (Hormones ; Which are basically "chemical messengers" that affect EVERY-THING, from your sleep, your digestive system, your mood & energy)

**If you read the labels, it often says to "wear gloves when using" and lists possible adverse reactions**

Our 'modern lifestyle' is, in many ways, making us sick.

From the chemicals, additives & colourings etc in "food" to the harsh chemicals used in cleaning products.

👉 I tend to use simple things like BAKING SODA, SODA CRYSTALS, EPSOM SALTS & liquid SOAP (It all works out CHEAPER too!! Win/win!)

Manifacturers rely on SMELL to tempt us to buy their products; Yet it's mostly CHEMICALS that create that smell. (This can have an adverse effect on our brain 🧠)

☝️For A simple All-Purpose Cleaner >

Baking Soda / Bicarbonate of Soda

Epsom Salts

Soda Crystals

White Vinegar

Squeeze of Lemon 🍋 or add some essential oils.

☆ Kitchen / Bathroom Cleaner >

1/4 cup of White Vinegar

1/4 cup of Soda Crystals or Borax

Essential Oils (such as Cloves, Lemongrass & Lavender)

Water (fill bottle)


☆ Washing Detergent 🧺 >

1 cup of Bicarbonate of Soda

1 cup of Epsom Salts

1 cup of Borax

Essential Oils (eg Eucalyptus, Pine, Citrus, Lavender)

(Shake & leave in a glass 🫙 jar)


For wood 🪵polish, you can use COCONUT 🥥 OIL


I also don't use 'scented candles' (or "wax melts")
I prefer insence sticks. (And I absolutely HATE those horrible automatic "Air Fresheners"!!)


You can also use SOAP NUTS 🥜 or CHESTNUTS 🌰 as cleansing agents / laundry detergent.

PS: I haven't worn Perfume for years (it often used to give me headaches) & I make my own body scrubs, Moisturiser & Hand Creams etc!
If I add anything, I'll use essential oils in my candles.
I use SOAP BARS for my hair (& I don't even OWN a hairdryer, let alone straighteners!!)

We need to become more CONSCIOUS about the products we use... as everything we use or put ON, goes INTO our system ...

PPS; Over the past 5 years the incidences of Cancer has increased from 1 in 5 to now 1 in 2 ; Basically saying that 50% of us will develop Cancer.

You have to ask ...

... with the increase in so-called 'Cancer Vaccines' not to mention the MILLIONS spent on "research" ...
.. why are rates RISING
And rising RAPIDLY
Instead of dropping??!

People Tend To Think That Conditions Such as PTSD Only Occurr After a "Life Threatening Situation" ✖️

Yet it can occurr due to REPEATED TRAUMA that isn't dealt with effectively, efficiently, compassionately...

I developed a form of PTSD after experiencing several painful, traumatic events - with ZERO emotional support - at a time when the whole world was in chaos [During 2020]

Just like grazing your body - causing the underlying area to become extremely sensitive - I managed to pretty much "hold it together" for some time ...

... then a series of additional challenging events happened, in a very short space of time, which simply OVERLOADED & overwhelmed my Nervous System ... and so began 18 months of extreme ANXIETY / Adrenaline Overload, Overwhelm & Worry (with many hours spent curled up on the floor in floods of tears or sat staring at a wall whilst the Adrenaline flowed through my body. I wouldn't wish it on anyone! Its NOT a case of "feeling a bit worried"...! Its full on STRESS RESPONSE: Freeze in my case)

CPTSD is not a "mental illness." CPTSD an injury to our nervous & endocrine systems. CPTSD increases our vulnerability to physical pain & illness. CPTSD makes our relationships complicated in ways we do not choose or want. No one "chooses" CPTSD. CPTSD is NOT due to "victim mindset." Survivors do not identify as having CPTSD because it is "trendy."

And: CPTSD is NOT the ultimate destiny of ANYONE reading this.

This may surprise you 👉

When I was younger I pretty much did everything possible to be INVISIBLE 🫥

I was the typical "Wouldn't say Boo to a goose" 🪿 kind of person (Mostly because I wanted everyone to like me... And I feared they wouldn't if I ever disagreed with them...)

However ...

A fire 🔥 burned whenever I was faced with INJUSTICE

I was the one who would walk into a fight, not walk away..

And heaven help you if I saw anyone abusing animals or being in any way cruel to another being...

As I've gotten older that sense of injustice (& standing up for what's right) has intensified, never wavered...
(Whilst my concern as to what other people may think of me has DECREASED!!)

Hence why - when things very quickly stopped making sense (& when my intuition kicked into overdrive) during 'Covid', I could not stay silent 🔇

99% of the time I come from a place of ASKING QUESTIONS 🤷‍♀️
(And during that time, even those shouting the narrative the loudest, could not answer my questions...)
Also, having an above average knowledge of all things Health & Wellbeing (as well as a degree in Psychology and an awareness of manipulation tactics) enabled me to see that many things simply did not add up.

Even when some people said to me "You should keep quiet! You'll lose clients / students..." my CONSCIENCE & my Inner Wisdom meant I could NOT stay silent....

Just as I cannot stay silent now...

In the Bhagavad Gita [an ancient Yogic text] Arjuna has to battle his conscience & go out to fight ...

Those who made or changed history fought their conscience.

It would have been far easier for those people to stay silent. And avoid ridicule, arrest, persecution.

But they had INTEGRITY.
Staying silent wasn't WHO they were at their core.

Speaking up, in a world that doesn't want to hear UNCOMFORTABLE TRUTHS takes COURAGE

I am asking You to have courage now.

I am asking You to look into your heart

I am asking You to put aside your differences

And ask yourself
What do you want to be remembered for?

WHO do you want to be remembered as?

👉 Because TOGETHER we can overcome injustice. Cruelty. Evil. Darkness.

Whose with me... ?!
