🚫 Why I Won't Be Having a Flu Jab This Year..🚫

Our bodies have this amazing system called the IMMUNE SYSTEM! Which is basically "a complex network of cells, tissues & organs that work together to defend the body against infections & diseases"...!
There are ways to WEAKEN your Immune System (eg: Avoid fresh air, exercise, & sunshine. Eat lots of processed junk foods. Drink fizzy drinks & alcohol. Keep your stress levels high. Don't get enough quality sleep....!)
There are also natural ways to STRENGTHEN your Immune System (coz Mumma Nature provides everything we need!!)
I take a daily dose of Ginger 🫚 Turmeric Root, Honey 🍯 Apple Cider Vinegar, Lemon 🍋 & Himalayan Pink Salt (& when I need an extra extra boost i take my homemade Rosehip & Hawthorn Berry Syrup!)

PS; Also "germ theory" has been disproven...! There was an experiment a few years ago where the researchers tried to deliberately INFECT healthy people ..
Participants who actually were experiencing Influenza did EVERY-THING (including breathing on healthy participants, sharing bodily fluids such as saliva...) and none of the healthy ones became "infected" - even though Flu is considered "highly contagious"
The study proved that its far more important to keep your own Inner Environment (your body / Immune System) healthy! Because it is a weakened & compromised Immune System that becomes dis-eased . . .
Vaccines supposedly "teach your Immune System" to recognise & respond to "threats" (such as viruses)
The crazy part...?
It ALREADY KNOWS! because thats its whole purpose!
It's like someone putting your hand onto a hot 🔥 stove & burning it "so that you recognise when something is hot....!"
I know which i have more faith in! (& its NOT Proctor & Gamble... or Pfizer ....!!)
