International transformational speaker, corporate MC, Author & Mentor Victor Dauda Tarfa shares his experience working with Victorious Coach.

NEVER GIVE UP ⭕️

Going after your dreams and goals is not going to be easy, it's hard, really hard.

What you can not do is allow the fact that it is hard to change those goals and dreams to make them easier to be attainable.

What we must do is embrace that it is going to be hard and be prepared grow into the person that can make it a reality by keep taking action and remain consistently focused on moving towards it.

It doesn't matter how hard it gets, just keep moving forward, keep taking that next step.

NEVER GIVE UP as you could be moments away from turning your dreams and goals into your reality.

We must learn to master our thoughts and being able to reframe negative thoughts we have into neutral or positive ones is key.

So do you take time to think about our thoughts everyday by monitoring them and challenging negative ones to improve them.

One of the most powerful influences on us is what we say to ourselves, and we believe to be true.

It is not what happens to you, but how you respond internally to what happens to you, that determines your thoughts and feelings, mind power, and ultimately your actions.

The internal dialogue between our ears has to be controlled to succeed.

This is not easy as we have been conditioned for years and many struggle to control or reframe them, therefore the actions they take daily basis are affected by those internal voices.

We have to learn and develop the skills to control that voice in our head that tells us we not good enough or can’t do something or haven’t got what it takes.

Do not ever allow your current situation or ENVIRONMENT to determine who you are.

Who we are should be the reason our ENVIRONMENT changes.

Success begins from how you start everyday with the actions and behaviours you take which sets the pace for the day ahead.

For myself and many of my clients we make sure we focus on ourselves first, building the discipline and the mindset first before we do anything else.

This means focusing on yourself first and this can be in many different forms, power walk, gym, yoga, etc...

It's become very normal to most to get up and rush around and start working, just like I did when I was in the corporate world.

This behaviour has to change if you have an ambition to change your world.

The commitment, discipline and focus required just to to focus on YOU first thing in the morning is conditioning the mindset needed for success.

To do what’s required regardless of your feelings.

Getting you into the right state of mind to be clear with you intentions for the day and the energy you will have to bring to it.

Have a look at your daily routine and habits and check

👉Are you starting the day setting yourself up for a successful day?

👉Are those routines and habits serving you to achieve your goals?

👉What changes can you make that will positively impact myself?

We know that our goals and dreams can only become a reality when we have the correct mindset and the daily discipline to take the action required.
