🌻Summer Solstice🌻
The summer solstice is one of my favourite days of the year. It's such a magical time filled with light and energy. I'm excited to be sharing my next women's circle at this magical time. In the circle we will celebrate the peak of the summer energy and explore how we can use this energy to create what we would like to bring into existence. The sun represents masculine energy, so with this peak of masculine energy we will explore healing our relationship with our inner masculine energy and external masculine energies, and how we can harness these for healing and our greatest good.

We will begin with a short meditation to settle and ground into the energies of the circle. I will then lead a journaling exercise on this month’s themes, followed by a sharing circle. All sisters will be encouraged to share but only if this feels comfortable. At the end of the circle, I’ll share a Reiki energy healing to help align your heart, mind and soul.

The circle will include:

The Sagittarius Super Full Moon lights up the sky on June 14. This is actually the first of three super full moons that we will experience over the coming months.

June’s Super Full Moon is guiding us to shake off all that is heavy. It is guiding us to shake off any energies of transformation that may still be lingering, so we can settle not only into a place of acceptance, but into a place of lightness.

Use the energy of this Full Moon to find your lightness, to have fun, to seek adventure, and to find joy!

Welcome to June! This month we celebrate the peak of day light and the peak of the sun in the sky: the summer solstice. I'm hosting a women's circle to celebrate this magical day on Wednesday 22nd June 7-9pm in our usual venue near Northallerton.

If our young brain learned that self-abandonment was the price of love, it makes sense that it continued to believe that into adulthood.

Which means when it comes to setting boundaries in our adult relationships…?

We probably don’t have any.

Because we don’t think that we can.

We believe that it’s our job to make others happy, which means our own wants and needs are irrelevant (even bad).

And how is all this people-pleasing and self-abandonment working out for us?

Not so great. ☹️

But we don’t know how to stop.

What is the answer?

We have to discover a better way.

Self-abandonment made sense during our younger years.

We did what we had to do (to get whatever love and acceptance we could), and there’s no shame in that.

But it doesn’t make sense to keep doing it now.

There is a different way.

One that doesn’t require us to abandon ourselves in the process.

On May 10, 2022, Jupiter, the planet of abundance and expansion, enters Aries for the first time in 12 years.

Jupiter will be in Aries until October 28, 2022, and then again from December 20, 2022, to May 16, 2023.

Jupiter entering into fiery Aries is a bold, fresh energy that will inspire new beginnings, a strong independent spirit, and a boost of fearlessness.

Aries is known as the warrior, and as the planet of expansion moves into this sign, we are going to feel our own inner warrior expand too, helping us to find our confidence, boost our motivation, and voice our opinions.

The last time Jupiter entered Aries was back in June-September 2010 and then again from January to June 2011.

Do you recall stepping into your independence more at this time or perhaps making a bold move that required a lot of confidence?

We may be able to look back at this time and see how some of the risks we took paid off or perhaps taught us a valuable lesson – or both!

Last time Jupiter was in Aries I made the move halfway around the world from Melbourne to Los Angeles!

Back from a beautiful weekend in the Lake District letting my nervous system reset as it’s been a busy few weeks.
I managed to get plenty of tri training in, cycling and running up hills (they know how to make a hill in the Lakes) as well as working on my swim stroke with a great swim analysis/coaching session at . And of course fuelling in between with plenty of coffee and cake 😂

I’m glad I’ve had a lovely long weekend to recharge as this week will be a busy one. I’m holding a Beltane women’s circle tomorrow (one space left if you’re interested in joining), teaching Reiki master/teacher level as well as treating lovely clients with Reiki and therapeutic massage, plus teaching my usual Yoga classes - phew! Looking forward to holding space for some wonderful clients and students this week ❤️

🌺BELTANE WOMEN'S CIRCLE🌺
In my next women's circle we will be celebrating the festival of Beltane, the mid-point between the Spring Equinox and the Summer Solstice. Traditionally Beltane marks the beginning of summer, and is a celebration of the return of the fertility of the land. Beltane honours Life. It represents the peak of Spring and the beginning of Summer. Earth energies are at their strongest and most active. All of life is bursting with potent fertility, making this a perfect time to bring ideas, hopes and dreams into action. This is a great time to celebrate nature, connect with the earth and have some fun. Weather permitting, along with the usual activities we will take our meditation out into nature, forage for flowers and connect with Mother Earth at her most fertile.

The circle will include:
