But here’s the truth:
There is no perfect pregnancy. No perfect birth. No perfect mum.

There’s only your path — and it’s valid, even if it’s messy, complicated, or looks nothing like you expected.

You can love your baby with your whole heart—and still grieve your experience.
Healing doesn't mean pretending everything was fine.
It means honouring every part of your truth.
Trauma doesn't have to end in loss of life, everyone's journey is different. You can suffer trauma even if something doesn't "go wrong" and being told to be grateful that you and the baby are "fine" does not help.
