Your body isn’t broken. It’s asking you to slow down. 🌿
In Traditional Chinese Medicine, rest isn’t laziness - it’s how we replenish Jing, the deep vital energy that sits at the root of your reproductive health. When we’re constantly go-go-go, we deplete the very reserves our body needs to conceive. 🌙
So if you’ve been burning the candle at both ends, this is your sign to:
✨ Prioritise sleep before midnight
✨ Swap intense workouts for walks & yoga
✨ Nourish yourself with warm, cooked foods
✨ Create space for genuine stillness
Fertility isn’t just about timing - it’s about the soil you’re creating. And rest is how you tend it. 🌱

Sharing some kind words from a client I’ve been supporting with endometriosis.

Creating a calm, safe and supportive space is something I care deeply about. From the moment you walk through the clinic door, my hope is that you feel listened to, understood and able to truly relax. Many people arrive feeling overwhelmed by symptoms or the stress of navigating their health, so if you leave feeling a little lighter and more supported, then I know we’re moving in the right direction together.

Acupuncture is never just about the treatment itself. It’s about taking the time to understand your story, your symptoms and what you hope to achieve, and supporting you both inside and outside of the clinic room.

Thank you for trusting me to be part of your journey.

My books are currently open and I have space for 2–3 new clients in April. If you’ve been thinking about starting acupuncture, you’re very welcome to get in touch.

When it comes to period health, I work from a Traditional Chinese Medicine perspective — looking at the whole cycle rather than symptoms in isolation.

Acupuncture treatment is tailored to your individual patterns, with simple, realistic nutritional support and cycle awareness where helpful. The aim is to support hormone balance, regulate the cycle and reduce symptoms over time.

This approach can be supportive for people experiencing painful or heavy periods, PMS, cycle irregularity, or hormonal headaches.

Last clinic of the year ✨

I finished clinic today with a very full diary — and a very full heart 🤍

In one day, I saw five pregnant women ✨
All at different stages.
All with very different stories.

This year has also been one of big change behind the scenes.
I moved from working out of rented rooms into my very own clinic space 🕊️

A step that took time, patience, and a lot of trust.

The path here wasn’t easy, but I’m grateful to have landed somewhere quiet, calm, and grounding 🤍

Specialising in fertility isn’t easy.

There’s so much learning, responsibility, and unseen work that goes into holding these journeys ✨

What never gets lost is the privilege of supporting the women who walk through this door ✨

whether we work together for a short time or long time🤍

Thank you for:
🤍 showing up when it’s hard
✨ committing to treatment
🧪 doing the extra tests
🧭 asking for second opinions
🌱 challenging advice that didn’t sit right
🤍 trusting me to support you through it

Thank you for letting me play a small part in something so deeply personal ✨

Books will be open for new clients from early Feb 🫶

✨✨Appreciation Post It✨✨

Couldn’t end the year without a huge shoutout to these incredible women.

Every 6-8 weeks I meet for group supervision — a space where we unpack what’s going well, what’s challenging us, and what’s getting in the way of showing up as our best selves in clinic.

We talk about everything from tricky cases to personal life, boundaries, confidence, and all the messy bits in between.

This year has thrown a lot my way, and honestly, I would have been completely lost without this little circle. Their support, humour, honesty, and wisdom have carried me through more than they probably realise.

Feeling very grateful to have these women in my corner.
Here’s to another year of growth, learning, ano holding each other up. 💛✨

✨ SP6 — One of my most-used acupuncture points ✨

✨ Today has mostly been about embryo transfers ✨

Such a special part of what I do — supporting clients at this stage always feels full of hope and possibility 💛

Acupuncture around transfer time can help to:
🌿 Calm the nervous system and reduce stress
🌿 Encourage healthy blood flow to the uterus
🌿 Support implantation and relaxation post-transfer

If you’re preparing for IVF or have a transfer coming up soon, my books are open for new clients needing a little extra support at this time 🌸

🌿 Thinking of getting pregnant in 2026?
Now is the perfect time to start preparing 🤍

It takes around three months for the body to recruit, mature, and grow a healthy follicle — and during that window, there’s so much we can do to influence egg quality and support your cycle naturally.

In my sessions, we’ll look at:
✨ Lifestyle adjustments that support hormonal balance
🥗 Nutritional guidance and supplement review
💆‍♀️ Acupuncture to optimise blood flow, reduce stress & support each phase of your cycle

My books are open for 2–3 new fertility clients from the end of November, so if you’re ready to start preparing for 2026, now’s the perfect time to begin 🌸

🌿: Luteal Phase Support

The luteal phase is the second half of your menstrual cycle — the time between ovulation and your next period.
It’s during this phase that implantation happens and progesterone takes the lead.

If your luteal phase is too short, or progesterone is low, it can make conception more difficult.
That’s where acupuncture for fertility can help.

✨ Acupuncture supports your luteal phase by:
• Improving blood flow to the uterus to support implantation
• Helping regulate progesterone production
• Calming the nervous system to reduce stress hormones
• Supporting the body’s natural rhythm after ovulation

A balanced luteal phase helps create the calm, nourished environment your body needs to welcome new life. 🌸
