YOUR 3 STEPS TO SUCCESS -

STEP ONE: Enquire/Register your interest. Tell me what you would like to Achieve, in what Timescale and the level of your Commitment to Succeed. I specialise in Mobility/Fitness & Balance for all ages and levels, Corrective Exercise, Rehabilitation and recovery from Hip/Back/Shoulder pain or injury, Nutrition & Sports Massage Therapy.

STEP TWO: Initial consultation at your home to assess posture, muscle imbalance and devise a programme to achieve your goals.
Physical Readiness- inform me of any Medical History, muscle or joint problems which may affect Exercise Prescription.
Agree terms in respect of Frequency of Sessions, Monthly cost, Renewal/Cancellation policy, etc.

STEP THREE: Decide how you would like me to deliver the sessions and monitor your progress:

A) In person at your home.

B) Wholly Online - via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime(Discount applies)

C) Hybrid - for example, 3 weekly Online sessions and one In Person each month.

LUNCH - Whole food Salad :
Mix carrots, broccoli, whole Soy beans, green beans, quinoa, etc and add Nuts and seeds .
Slice an Avocado and beetroot.
Add Lettuce, rocket or Spinach leaves.
Add Humous and mix with Turmeric, black pepper, nutritional yeast flakes and Balsamic vinegar.
Preparation time 15 minutes.
Nutritional Analysis: Protein- 40g
Fats - 30g
Carbs- 60g
Fibre - 45g
It provides half of your protein requirements for an active person. 40% of healthy fats and 100% fibre.
