PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT ☕️🍫
One of the questions I’m being asked more and more at pop-ups is:
“Does it work in a Velvetiser?”
I’ve heard from some customers that it does, but I’d love to gather more real-world feedback so I can give the best possible guidance.
If you’ve tried 80Noir hot chocolate in a Velvetiser, could you share:
✨ Did it blend smoothly?
✨ Did you chop the chocolate smaller first?
✨ Did you adjust the liquid or settings?
✨ Would you recommend it?
From my experience I use fritters, whisking, and other ways to emulsify it as I don’t have a velvetiser and , it works beautifully as is, but I know that if the pieces were smaller of course it can help it melt more quickly and create an even smoother texture.
