It’s been said a million times already but ‘this has been a challenging week’ and I know it’s just the start of a longish road before we go back to something like the life we have been used to.

Maybe life will change into something we can’t imagine right now, and maybe that life will be even better than the one we have now?

It will take time to adjust to the ‘new normal’ so I need to be patient with myself, and maybe learn to be less social media shy??

CLASS TIMETABLE
From 6th January 2021
Classes start at 09:30 and are 30 minutes. except for Wednesday's 'Footwork' session which is at 09:00, it's 15 minutes and it's free to those who participate in the other sessions.

Monday: Pilates 'Movement day'
Tuesday: Pilates 'Release and Resistance day'
Wednesday: Footwork
Thursday: Pilates 'Technique day'
Friday: Pilates 'Fast and strong'
Saturday: Stretch

Cost:
1 Session per week £4.50
2 Sessions per week £8
3 Sessions per week £10
4 Sessions per week £13
5 Sessions per week £15

Why not get someone else in your house to join in too, after 5 sessions between you any additional classes are just £2 each

Classic Mat Pilates

Classic Mat Pilates is designed to stretch, strengthen and balance the body.

Keeping to the original exercises taught by the founder Joseph Pilates, each movement has a name and together they are structured to develop a balanced body. The exercises are organised into levels and groups - Introductory, Intermediate and Advanced – which build on each other, making the Classic Mat Pilates method accessible and progressive.
