Today was all about learning and refreshing our knowledge at an Obagi Medical Skincare training day 🧬✨

Sonia and Natasha both spent the day revisiting Obagi’s core skincare range and the Blue Peel Radiance, with Sonia even getting the peel done herself as a model - the afterglow is real 🙌🤩

While Obagi is a range we already use and love in clinic, it’s always great to have these update days to keep our knowledge fresh and make sure we’re delivering the best possible results.

Blue Peel Radiance is a treatment Natasha has previously offered before and we’re really excited to be bringing it back to the clinic - we’ll share more once we’ve completed our in-house training tomorrow and refined our protocols 💙

Last week I stepped away from the clinic to a leadership conference held at in London led by some truly inspiring men and women.

I’m committed to continuous clinical learning and always investing in my medical aesthetics knowledge, but this experience was different. It challenged me to think beyond treatment rooms and protocols. Instead focus on leadership, vision and what it really takes to grow and sustain a successful business.

Being a great practitioner is only one part of the journey. Learning how to lead, make strategic decisions, build strong foundations and grow with purpose is as important as the precision and care I give to my treatments.

I’m proud to keep investing in myself, not just for where my business is now but for where it’s going.

- Growth doesn’t always happen in the clinic, sometimes it happens when you step back and look at the bigger picture.
